Get ready to step into the new year with this short retreat just 1h north of Copenhagen. We repeat the success of the last 2 years and go on a mini-retreat (24h) in the first days of the new year.

Unplug, Open, Integrate, and Recharge in beautiful Tisvildeleje.

4 yoga sessions, a mindful walk in Tisvilde’s stunning forest, a private “saunagus” on the beach, nourishing food and sweet company.

Accommodation in shared rooms, organic and vegan food, modern, bright, and floor-heated house, intimate and safe space.

Spots are limited to 8 participants.

Join us for a mini-immersion in the five elements and the joys of yoga! Yoga sessions include asanas, meditation and breath exercises, and some journaling and guided reflections.

Join us for this very special time with Yoga, Meditation and Sauna in beautiful and quiet surroundings, just 1h away from Copenhagen. Set your intentions and meet 2020 with balance and new energy.

Price: 1350 DKK including accommodation, teaching, sauna and food, but not including transportations to the house (300 m from Holløse st. just before Tisvildeleje).

To sign up please send an email to cedric@heartwiseyoga.com with your full name and phone number, 1-2 lines about your experience with yoga (for new students), if you can carpool (from where and for how many passengers), food allergies/sensitivities.

When signing up please transfer the amount to via netbank  (reg 3409 konto 12479026) to secure your spot.

In case of cancellation, you cannot get a refund but you can sell your spot to another person you know or on the waiting list (if any).
