Summer drop-in yoga – Fyrregården

In week 29 (July 18th to 23rd), I’ll return to the lovely “Fyrregården”, a retreat center that becomes a “yoga and B&B” in the summer months.

Yoga each day at 10-11.15 with me (Hatha Flow) and at 16-17.15 with Pernille (Gentle & meditation).

Beautiful sandy beach is a 12-min stroll away, wild flowers in the garden, outdoor hot tub, brunch and dinner, and space to rest and simply be.

Address: Matolievej 14, Højby (app. 1h10 from Copenhagen by car. Train station nearby: Højby st. or bus stop)

You can book 2 or more nights, come alone or with friends, or simply drop by for yoga (yoga class is 120 dkk per session, paid to me).
