Step into 2024 from a state of embodied relaxation and ease.
For the third year in a row, we are offering this special 4-day/3 nights New Year’s retreat in the quiet and resourcing natural scenery of “Nakke Hage,” just 1h15 min from Copenhagen.
The retreat will start on Dec 29th at 4pm and end on Jan 1st around 1pm.
The intention behind the retreat is to support you in entering the new year feeling balanced, reset, and inspired. Our focus this year will be on cultivating states of deep restfulness and ease that we can integrate and embody in our daily lives.
The program includes daily yoga (both gentle and dynamic), guided meditation, connection with nature, other supportive practices… and time to just “be.”
Your facilitators, Pernille and Cédric, experienced yogis and retreat facilitators, are dedicated to create a safe, sacred space for well-being and healing. You can expect a relaxed and intimate atmosphere with room for depth and rest.
Cédric will be your yoga teacher. He will guide delicious yoga sessions with his signature-style of heart-infused themes and precision tools for empowering body awareness and alignment. Each class will make your body feel good and alive while helping your mind and heart feel nurtured and soothed.
Pernille will facilitate reflections and rituals to help you review and integrate the past year and open yourself to receive the new year with clarity and confidence. Drawing from ancient wisdom traditions, nature, and poetry, she will offer inspiration for our life, embodiment, and spiritual path. Pernille will also guide meditations and writing sessions to help you connect to the soulful depth and wisdom of your own inner world.
Every level of yoga is welcome. Each class will accommodate both the experienced and the beginner yogi.
